Reliable checks, fast - and accessible for agents thanks to x402. What a report covers, and where it stops.
Registry profile and status, officers and directors, owners (persons with significant control) and charges where the registry publishes them for free, an OFAC SDN and UK Sanctions List screen, and an adverse-media and digital-footprint scan from public news and web, with sources listed per finding.
No credit scores, no financial statements beyond what a registry publishes free, no PEP database, no EU or UN sanctions lists, and no paid databases. Coverage differs by country - for example the US covers SEC reporting companies only, and Canada covers federal corporations only. The exact coverage for your company is shown before you pay, and the full per-country list is on Sources.
$3.00 USDC per report, paid on the Base network with one wallet signature (x402). No card, no account, no gas fee.
The coverage check is immediate. The report is delivered on your private order link within minutes of payment in normal operation, and in any case within 24 hours.
No - all sales are final. You only pay after we confirm we can cover the company, which is what the free pre-check is for. If delivery fails after payment, we retry automatically until it lands. See Terms.
Lookthrough is an independent service. Questions or problems: lookthroughsupport@proton.me - we reply within 1-2 business days. See Support.
Order pages expire 7 days after creation - download your report PDF to keep a copy. We collect almost nothing else - no tracking cookies (one functional order cookie), no accounts, no tracking.
Your report lives on a private, unguessable link. Anyone you share the link with can view it - sharing is fine, the report is built from public sources. Report pages are not indexed by search engines and are never cached. The link expires 7 days after your order and the order data is then deleted. We collect no personal details about you beyond what the on-chain payment itself makes public (transaction hash and wallet address).
No. It is best-effort research from public sources, not a compliance certificate, credit check, or professional advice. See the Disclaimer.
Yes - the whole flow is machine-readable: openapi.json and .well-known/x402.json.
